This Girl Can Suffolk

Suffolk Sport now has 65 NEW This Girl Can Ambassadors from everyday backgrounds across Suffolk. Their main role will be to promote physical activity and sport through social media. These female ambassadors have all overcome barriers in doing physical activity and sport. Their job is to help inspire other women to do just the same. The overall aim is for all women in Suffolk to have the opportunity to take part in physical activity without the fear of judgement.

Our Aims:

Increase Suffolk women participation levels in physical activity and sport. Reduce the barriers that women face within sport by providing positive role models and support networks. Increase the knowledge of the physical activity and sport that is within individual's local areas.
