After a totally unrelated career in RAF Air Traffic Control, I joined Suffolk Sport in 2002 as the Swimming Development Officer. The following year I became involved in the management of the Suffolk Youth Games programme, from early planning stages to delivery of the event.

Since 2004 I have been the sports development manager with a remit for specific sports, Sport Unlimited, Active Wellbeing & the Suffolk Youth Games.

My role oversees the work of the Basketball, Netball & Hockey development officers and also the Active Wellbeing co-ordinator & the Extending Activities sports development officer.
