A Club for All: Find out how your club can benefit from welcoming all members of the community, including disabled people, those on low incomes, people from ethnic minorities and females.
 
Equity in your Coaching: Everyone should have access to sport, regardless of gender, age, income, race, ability or faith. This workshop shows how, as a coach, you can play an important role in ensuring this happens.
 
Safeguarding & Protecting Children: Protect yourself and the young people you coach by following good coaching practice. Learn to recognise signs of abuse and how to handle situations if you have concerns.
 
How to Coach Disabled People in Sport: This workshop covers coaching people with a physical, sensory or learning disability, and shows you how to maximise everyones ability and involvement.
 
A Guide to Mentoring Sports Coaches: Look at how mentoring provides support for coaches, and develop the skills to become an effective mentor.
 
Coaching Methods and Communication: Look at different coaching styles, and learn how to improve your verbal and non-verbal communication, including listening and questioning.
 
Fitness & Training: Involving a practical element, this workshop will develop your understanding of the components of fitness and how each area can affect performance.  You will learn to devise and implement appropriate training sessions to meet the fitness demands of your sport.
 
An Introduction to Core Stability Training: Learn how core stability exercises promote good posture, which optimises performance and reduces the risk of injury.
 
An Introduction to Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD): LTAD underpins the principles of every sport. This workshop will explain the key concepts of LTAD and what it means to you and your coaching.
 
An Introduction to the FUNdamentals of Movement: This practical workshop explores the concepts of agility, balance, co-ordination and speed.  Participants must have attended 'An Introduction to Long Term Athlete Development' or have a good understanding of LTAD.
 
Coaching Children & Young People: Discover the needs and motivation of young players.  Learn how to deliver effective coaching sessions to meet the level of skill, developmental stage and motivation of each young player.
 
Developing Power and Speed: Learn the theoretical principles and practical drills to develop power, speed, acceleration and agility.
 
First Aid in Sport: This course covers the basic procedures of emergency First Aid, and also the treatment of various injuries or problems often associated with sport.
 
Fuelling Performers: Raise your awareness of issues surrounding eating and drinking for sport, so that you can advise your performers.
